My name is Charles Coleman ( TheCharlesColeman ), and I am the Team Leader of Keller Williams Avenues Realty, Founder of Best Real Estate Career, and Co-Founder of Denver Real Estate School. My journey into real estate began in 2013 after leaving my managerial position at a hardware store famously identified by its orange box on the outside of the building.
Initially, I was deeply involved in the world of fix and flips, primarily focusing on transforming properties in the Arvada, Colorado area. As the real estate market grew increasingly competitive, I realized that obtaining a real estate license was the logical next step to stay ahead. I dedicated myself to studying from home, passed my exam, and in 2017, I proudly joined Keller Williams Avenues Realty.
My time at Keller Williams opened my eyes to a new dimension of real estate—helping families buy and sell homes. The classes, the culture, and the community I found at Keller Williams were transformative. Fast forward to 2020, amidst a challenging year for many, I embraced the role of Team Leader at Keller Williams Avenues. Despite the hurdles, I found my true calling within the KW ecosystem.
My desire to help others navigate their real estate journey led me to establish Best Real Estate Career, a YouTube channel dedicated to assisting aspiring agents in passing their PSI real estate exam. Through a mix of short and long videos, I provide valuable content designed to simplify the complex topics covered in the exam. This initiative was born out of my passion for education and my commitment to supporting the next generation of real estate professionals.
This passion further culminated in the co-founding of Denver Real Estate School. My vision was to create a comprehensive educational platform that not only prepares students for their real estate exams but also equips them with the practical knowledge needed to excel in their careers. The school offers flexible learning options, including in-person, live-stream, and online classes, catering to the diverse needs of our students.
From changing the appearance of homes through fix and flips to guiding aspiring agents through their licensing journey, my commitment to real estate is unwavering.
